Our indigenous ancestors adorned themselves not only to show social
status and enhance their attractiveness, but also for spiritual and energetic reasons.
Animal totem necklaces honor our power animal(s), and serve to
remind us of the Nvwati (or Good Medicine, Light and Love) within. All stones
have their own energetic qualities, and can enhance our intentions, helping to attract qualities of higher nature aspirations, such as balance and harmony of body, mind and spirit.

Custom Made Animal Totem Necklaces
These unique necklaces are made intuitively. General design ideas are
emailed to you for approval, as well as a photo of the nearly finished
necklace, for your approval.
The necklaces are created in sacred space, with higher intention, and
lots of Reiki energy. Please see the Testimonials page for pictures and
comments of a few of my many happy clients!
The necklaces in the galleries were created for individuals, and cannot be duplicated exactly...but these examples can serve as design guidelines for
your own customized necklace. Most of the necklaces in the galleries are
examples of
base-priced necklaces. Some are more expensive, relative
to cost of materials.

The necklaces and bracelets are created with semi-precious gemstone beads,
hand carved pendants in bone, wood, gemstone or custom made spiral
wrapped crystal generator, solid sterling silver accents and findings, strung
on the best quality nylon coated micro steel cable, woven synthetic sinew,
or deerskin thong. All custom-made totem
necklaces come with a personalized
interpretation 'booklet' of 10-15 pages, necklace care and cleansing
instructions, and a limited warranty, in PDF format...

Custom Made Bracelets
I generally make semi-precious gemstone bracelets to compliment or
supplement the energies of a necklace, rather than as a main totem or
energetic piece. That is because the I feel the stones and totems are more
effective when worn nearer to the heart, in most instances.
This is where the PathFinder bracelet is featured and can be ordered. It is a
unisex, adjustable, easy to wear, durable woven seed bead bracelet that
comes in many colors and variations. I will create a unique design for you
at no extra charge, if you wish.

Custom Beaded Items
Feathers, medicine bags, crystal and river cane wands
(examples coming in January 2008) and crystals are among the items
I adorn with tiny glass seed beads. I use traditional loom, peyote and
brick stitch methods. Some of the patterns I use are original and some are traditional.

Ready Made Items
From time to time I offer ready-made items here. I don't do this often with
totem necklaces, as my inspiration comes from working with individuals to
create unique pieces to serve their specific needs.
