Rainbow Micro Greens Mix Mild:  A mix of 6 or more micros. May include: red amaranth, bulls blood beet, tatsoi, mizunas, red cabbage, purple kohlrabi, red mustard, arugula, broccoli, hon sai tai...Beautiful as garnish and tasty in salads.

Rainbow Micro Greens Mix Spicy: A mix of 6 or more micros. May include: red amaranth, pizzo mustard, curly cress, daikon radish, hong vit radish, arugula, purple mizuna...Add zip to salads, sandwiches, entrees...

Pea Shoots, tender and sweet.

Spicy Radish Mix: Hong Vit (red) and Daikon radish mix, delicious on sandwiches and in salads, adds zip.  Much less spicy when eaten with foods than when tasted alone.  Excellent wherever daikon radish is used, and with seared Ahi tuna.

-$40. minimum order

-Orders must be placed 2 weeks in advance.

-Orders will be delivered free of charge in the Jackson Metro area.  (downtown) Other orders may be picked up in Lena, MS, at a pre-arranged time and date.

-No returns, no refunds.

-Submission of this order form is constitutes agreement with terms. 

PAYMENT

You will be directed to a Payment Page after you click the "Submit" button.  Payment is due upon receipt of order, unless you are a restaurant and have an account with us.  In that case, please ignore the re-direct, you will be billed at the end of each month.
